A creative spirit who has spent more than 30 years immersed in Moroccan culture, Maïja co-founded Dar Mansour and shapes its world of food, design and hospitality. Through her interior and creative studio, Eden & Beyond, she designed the restaurant's spaces — and it is the wisdom of the Dadas, the women who carried Morocco's family recipes across generations, that guides the kitchen's slow-cooked philosophy.
